摘要：习近平法治思想内涵丰富、论述深刻，具有鲜明的时代性、先进性和引领性。在继承基础上的创新始终是习近平法治思想的显著特征，良法善治是贯穿于习近平法治思想的一个重要原则。以民为本、公平正义的立法原则，源于习近平总书记以民为本、人民利益至上的执政理念和伟大情怀。科学立法、民主立法、依法立法是不断提高我国立法质量和效率的思想引领和制度建构的根本指南。习近平法治思想形成了完整科学的理论体系和制度体系，其深邃的战略思想，极大地丰富了中国的立法理论，必将有力引领和推动新时代立法工作的发展。

Abstract：Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is an important component of China's socialist ideology in the new era. It has opened up a new horizon for the Sinicization of Marxist rule of law. and provides essential guidance for constructing the rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is with rich connotation, profound exposition and distinct characteristics of the time. Good law and governance is an important principle through Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law. The legislative principles of "people-oriented" and "fairness and justice" stem from his governance idea of people-oriented and supremacy of people's interests. Legislating scientifically, democratically and legally is the ideological guidance to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of China's legislation and the fundamental guideline for institutional construction. There has been a complete scientific theoretical and institutional system for Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law. His profound strategic thought has greatly enriched China's legislative theory and effectively led and promoted China's legislation.
