摘 要：在区域经济一体化的背景下,消弭省际间的立法冲突,以法制协调促进经济、社会进一步发展是一个非常重要并亟待解决的问题。我国的政治、法律制度特殊,国外的相关实践尚无可资借鉴的经验。我国目前学术界对区域立法合作模式的探讨,在不同程度上存在着各自的缺陷。在维护现行宪法、法律框架稳定的同时,建立有效且具有制度性约束力的立法合作模式,不失为一种谨慎而富有效率的尝试。

Abstract: In the context of regional economic integration, it is a very important and urgent problem to eliminate inter-provincial legislative conflicts and promote the further development of economy and society through the coordination of legal system. The political and legal system of our country is special, and the relevant practice abroad has no experience to be used for reference. At present, the academic circles of our country discuss the mode of regional legislative cooperation, there are their own defects in different degrees. It is a prudent and efficient attempt to establish an effective and institutionally binding mode of legislative cooperation while maintaining the stability of the current constitutional and legal framework.
